  3. Turkish Villas, owners or agents are not responsible for any typographical errors in the information supplied.

  4. Rates and conditions are subject to change without notice.

  5. The accuracy of the information on Turkish Villas' Internet  pages is the sole responsibility of the owner  of the advertised subject. Turkish Villas does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy of this information.

  6. The visitor shall always remain responsible to take precautions against viruses, worms and other external influences.

Bookings : Turkish Villas assumes that you agree to the following Booking Conditions together with all other details contained in this web page as it  forms the basis of your contract with us. In these Booking Conditions, "you" means all persons named on the booking (including anyone who is added or substituted at a later date). "We" and "us" means Turkish Villas.

When you book your holiday rental you will have to pay either:   

  •  the deposit; or

  •  the full cost of the rental if it is 12 (twelve) weeks or less before your rental starts

Cancellations : Should you, or a member of your party, decide(s) to cancel, you must inform us immediately and the charges shown below apply from the date we receive the notice and is payable by you. If any person cancels and you can not fill that person's place,  you have to cover that person's cost. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

 The following is our scale of charges to cover our estimated loss caused by the cancellation as we may be unable to re-rent the property or if we can, it may not be at the full rental price,

 90 - 45 days  70 % of the cost of the holiday
 45 - 30 days  90 % of the cost of the holiday
 29 days or fewer  100 %
 

During your stay :The accommodation provided is only for the use of the guests shown on the  invoice as confirmed by us. Sub-letting, sharing or assignment is prohibited. You are responsible for any damage caused to the property during your stay. If you are responsible for any damage, all costs in this respect must be met by you and paid locally to the owner.

Please note that the owner or senior member of Turkish Villas may remove anyone whose behaviour is disruptive or affects the enjoyment of other guests. Occasionally, it may be necessary for the owner or a member of Turkish Villas staff, or other persons authorised by the company to carry out a specific task, to enter the property during your stay for the purpose of quality control, photography or to carry out emergency repairs.
